Hearts-a-Plenty Baby Afghan This baby afghan is done in worsted weight acrylic. It is worked using the afghan stitch . The finished product is a combination of 3 strips. The hearts are cross stitched onto completed strips. Afghan pattern also available in single crochet with the heart design cross stitched onto completed back section Finished size: 35" x 38" Folks seem to be adverse to the afghan stitch afghans as they say the edges won't lay flat. The raised ridge edgings on these designs assures that the piece will lay flat. |
